What Type Of Sponsorships Can Influencers Expect?
Right now themidgame is focused on the rapidly expanding travel industry and it’s growing pool of powerful travel influencers. With this in mind, we are working hard to bring some of the best travel sponsors from around the world on board, so influencers can pick and choose from a range of great sponsorship opportunities that suit their niche.
We’re trying to focus on sponsorships that include a monetary compensation, however, we will also be offering ‘perks’. Some examples of perks include free accommodation/tours or access to an online service, while paid sponsorships can encompass a larger range of things and may also include gratuitous access to a product or service.
How Do Influencers Apply For Sponsorships?
When you visit our opportunities page, you’ll see a selection of Social Actions which you can apply to.
Each Social Action features a price that the sponsor is willing to pay to the influencer. However, when influencers apply, they can enter their own rate and negotiate directly with the sponsor.
Applying for sponsorship is easy:
1. Sign up to themidgame and fill in your profile.
2. View the list of available Social Actions on the opportunities page.
3. Click on the ‘Apply’ button, enter your rate for the Social Action and a message to the sponsor.
If the sponsor would like to choose you for the social action, you will receive an email notification informing you that he or she has accepted your application. You can then message the sponsor in the Social Action Dashboard and start the campaign!
